The SALENTO LINE is our historical line with which we were born, a vintage bottle with a label that recalls the names of the fruits in the Salento dialect.

- Nuces: digestive liquor made from nuts, turmeric, liquorice and spices;

This liqueur has been diluted with infused leaves and fruit teas to obtain a unique and intense flavor and to extrapolate the active ingredients both by alcoholic infusion and by maceration in hot water.
The herbaceous and bitter taste of the artichoke and the delicate and sweet fragrance of the pink grapefruit give the liqueur an intense purifying and digestive property.
Al palato rimane un gusto delicato sia pur tendente all'amarognolo gradevole unito alla rinfrescante fragranza del pompelmo rosa, con un pizzico di retrogusto speziato.
Carruba – 500 ml
LIQUORE DI CARRUBE
Un liquore nato dall'infusione a freddo di baccelli di carrube salentine raccolte nel periodo di maturazione.
Diluito con le tisane dei frutti infusi per ottenere un sapore unico ed intenso e per estrapolare i principi attivi sia per infusione alcolica che per macerazione in acqua calda.
La sua caratteristica è data dal gusto caldo e avvolgente delle carrube, considerate in pasticceria un surrogato del cacao.

Finocchietto Selvatico – 500 ml
LIQUORE DI FINOCCHIETTO SELVATICO
Un liquore nato dall'infusione a freddo di finocchietto selvatico salentino raccolto nel periodo di maturazione.
Diluito con le tisane dell'intera pianta, e soprattutto con i suoi semi infusi per ottenere un sapore unico ed intenso e per estrapolare i principi attivi sia per infusione alcolica che per macerazione in acqua calda.
Al palato rimane un gusto fortemente aromatico e rinfrescante, grazie al suo inconfondibile e caratteristico profumo.
Strepitose proprietà digestive.
Limoncello – 500 ml
Un liquore nato dall'infusione a freddo di scorze fresche di limoni bio salentini raccolti nel periodo di maturazione e sbucciati a mano.
This liqueur was diluted with herbal teas of infused fruit peel to obtain a unique and intense flavor and to extrapolate the active ingredients as by alcoholic infusion and as by maceration in hot water.
Dal gusto fortemente agrumato e rinfrescante, grazie all' inconfondibile e frizzante aroma dei limoni.

Ulivo – 500 ml
LIQUORE DI ULIVO
Un liquore nato dall'infusione a freddo di foglie di ulivo e scorze fresche delle arance amare e dei limoni salentini.
I frutti sono bio e raccolti nel periodo di maturazione.
Diluito con le tisane dei frutti e delle foglie infusi per ottenere un sapore unico ed intenso e per estrapolare i principi attivi sia per infusione alcolica che per macerazione in acqua calda.
L'originale connubio tra il gusto tenace delle foglie di ulivo e la fragranza amabile e frizzante degli agrumi, saggiamente miscelate secondo un'antica ricetta salentina, conferisce al prodotto ottime proprietà digestive.
Al palato rimane un gusto intenso e rinfrescante dell'arancia amara miscelato al sapore legnoso ed erbaceo delle foglie di ulivo, il tutto avvolto da un retrogusto speziato.
