WALNUT LIQUEUR
This liqueur was born from the cold infusion of green walnuts , that were harvested in mid-June and various spices , including also turmeric.
This liqueur was diluted with herbal teas of infused leaves , spices and fruits to obtain a unique and intense flavor and to extrapolate the active ingredients as by alcoholic infusion and also by maceration in hot water.
The tenacious and intense aroma of the fresh walnut hull, mitigated by the enveloping and delicate flavor of turmeric and the mix of spices and coffee, create a captivating combination that gives the product amazing digestive properties.
The intense and persistent taste of a spicy aroma that remains persistent on the palate, above all thanks to turmeric, pepper and coffee.
Combinations:
- as a digestif at the end of a meal at 10° served in a liqueur glass;
- used for cooking red meat, lamb or game;
- in gocce o vaporizzato nei cocktails e come aperitivo per conferire un aroma speziato.
Filter method: cotton swab.
Any sediments are caused by completely manual filtering.
